Training program

Day 1

Block 1
Hemp seed food - use in the kitchen
And processing that preserves product properties.
- pesto of arugula, hemp seeds and hemp oil
- pasta with roasted vegetables, parmesan cheese
and hemp seed arugula pesto
- vegan chocolate pudding with protein
hemp and blueberries

Block 2
Hemp dairy.
- hemp seed milk
- hemp seed curd cheese
- buckwheat blintzes with smoked salmon and dill pickles

- hemp tofu cheese

Day 2

Block 3
Raw materials from the hemp plant in the kitchen - culinary uses of the leaves
and inflorescences and oil essences (CBD extracts, terpenes).
- teriyaki hemp tofu bowl with rice and broccoli
- Dumplings with hemp flour and stuffing of lentils, spinach
With parmesan cheese, topped with CBD infused sage butter
- cupcakes with lemon and hemp mascarpone cream

Creator of original recipes using food products and hemp extracts, which she publishes on her blog smilingspoon.co.uk. She is the author of the first publication in Poland on a diet rich in hemp products, titled "Hemp in the Kitchen" (2015) and the book "Hemp and Cannabis in the Kitchen" (2020).

Member of the Scientific Council of the SantaHerba Foundation, where she is responsible for the webinar program on the use of hemp in dietetics. Person involved in various educational projects in the hemp industry, author of trainings, workshops, webinars and lectures on the properties of hemp and hemp cuisine
